What to include in your first message
A few sentences about the project type, objective, preferred timeline, and budget range are enough. They help me understand the work and prepare for our conversation. If something is still undecided, simply say so.
- The project type and primary objective
- The current technology or service stack
- Your preferred start date and timeline
- The expected budget range
When to reach out
Write if you need help with a WordPress or WooCommerce site, a new static Astro website, an AI automation workflow, or ongoing server and Cloudflare infrastructure care. A review of an existing setup also fits when you want clearer architecture, safer updates, or a faster site.
If you are unsure which technology fits, describe the goal and the day-to-day workflow. I will connect the need to the right route - WordPress, Astro, automation, or infrastructure - and show where a small, safe first step makes sense.
Working format
I work mainly remotely in Lithuanian and English. When useful, we can arrange a meeting. Before work begins, we agree on scope, responsibilities, and how we will communicate. If a request falls outside my area of expertise, I say so openly.
After your first message
I review the enquiry and reply with a few clarifying questions or a suggested next step. When the project is a good fit, we arrange a short conversation, agree on scope and priorities, and for larger work I outline clear phases so you can see what happens first and how success will be judged.
